"Would do 0 stars, if I could. Called weeks ago to make an appointment and then get a call, weeks later, that they are closing their office on the day of my appointment. I just don't understand why make an appointment for a day that you are closing your office. Instead of trying to get me in, ASAP, they offer me an appointment for 3 weeks out. GREAT service..... Safe to say I will NOT be rescheduling."

"Been trying to reach them for weeks regarding an issue with taxes they did for us. No return call and the voicemail message says they'll return in July (been calling since August)."

"I have been trying to get in touch with someone from this company for many days, but no one answers. Both representatives for my school do not pick up or return call and the receptionist has never answered their line. A company sent a request for verification over a week ago and Taylor and repice ha not acted upon the request to date. Very frustrating and u professional for a company like this to not have a receptionist who takes called and for employees to not return phone calls."
