"I would still rate at a 5 star cuz I been dealing with Jackson Hewitt for over 10 years now and this one this here I been with for 4 years and now this year they lost all my time n there I went n did my tax thing and get a call that lady put n wrong info I have identity theft on my stuff so need a pin every year to do my taxes this year had a pin lady entered it wrong so up to 4 months to get taxes cuz someone else messed up but will never go back I'll save my money just liked them but this time no more thanks"

I mean I have only had my taxes done professionally 2 times, and Jackson Hewitt charged me 400 dollars more to do my taxes then H and R block did."

"Sat there for 2 hours and was told I was getting my early refund advance. Well went in today due to my papers had someone else's name and papers with mine. Then asked why I haven't received my money yet from them yesterday and was told today it was cuz I was denied yesterday but they never told me that yesterday. I will not be doing my taxes for this year or no years anymore there. mean and my finance been loyal customers for lots of years but that just kicked us the other way."
