"Gave the benefit of the doubt when advisor asked me to take down review. But I am now down $800 and no work product. I have correspondence that can prove that timelines and milestones were promised and not delivered. If disputed can post here would have to figure out but I am sure I could manage. When eventually challenged, Joe would redirect and cast blame on me ---- the client who paid in FULL. Lesson learned. Never pay upfront in full. Evidently the price was a favor. In other words this was more than a good price. But when you go months without a finished Operating agreement and Vendor agrements it goes from favor to imposition. Also I am seeing options regarding governing boards for financial professionals."
