"i was recommended this company from my solar company and damn do i regret it. i paid over $600 to have my taxes filed (i'm 1099 independent contractor). i also had to pay $100 extra for them to set up my payment plan. the first responses i got from the IRS are that im late, have penalties, and interest. the person who helped me seemed sorta clueless about procedures and i will admit i wasn't exactly the easiest customer but ive never paid so much for penalties. definitely wont be using again. also the only reason im writing this is because they send out multiple emails asking for reviews. i wrote a similar review in their own internal system, THEN they asked for more. foolish."
