She has been very attentive to all my needs and has given me very shrewd business advice concerning my taxes and other business issues concerning money. "Was disappointed in my experience. Went here as I was tired of doing our taxes and saw the good reviews. Was hoping to get some pointers on how to do better but I learned nothing. And she told us that in coming years we can just drop off our docs which didn't fit the personalized service others described. But what was most frustrating was I needed to file an amended state return, due to something I forgot for the previous year and Vicki said she could handle. I understand they were busy during the season but this was a chance to get money back so when I didn't hear back around Memorial Day I reached out. I got a call back that we would great from them in a few weeks. Huh??? I decided to pick up the docs and do it myself, told them I would come back after work and the time... To then get a call that day that they were closing early and didn't want to tape my docs to the door. My husband rushed over to catch them in the parking lot and was told there were mistakes in our docs (there weren't)... So incredibly unprofessional, I assume all the good reviews are friends."

Both my husband and I live in NJ and work in PA and my husband works from home sometimes in NJ... so it is very confusing when it comes time to file however rest assured Vicki figures it all out for us!! Please consider going to her as opposed to going to a generic place or online.. it is 100% worth it."
