"I love speakeasies, and Hummingbird to Mars definitely delivered. The atmosphere had that fun, dark, quiet, relaxed air that a good speakeasy should. The menu was impressive with a lot of the classic prohibition standards. I would have liked to see a bit more ingenuity with the drinks, however. Most of them could be made by any well-stocked home bar, so a wider variety of unique liqueurs and syrups might be nice, but the drinks we got were still outstanding!"
