"I honestly love this Big Lots. The staff, especially the night cashiers are great! My complaint is the wall the cashiers stand in front of and customers have to look at. It looks so dirty and grimey. They REALLY need to paint it over or at least cover it with huge posters. I just can't stand it. How can that pass any kind of audit especially at a place that sells food? Please fix it and I'll change my review, I promise!"
"The overweight red head with glasses tonight (with no name tag) who said her name was Jennifer was extremely rude. She was sure to tell us the second we walked in at 8:10 that they were closing soon although they're not closed till 9 and that she likes to start closing early. She walked to the ends of isles we were in looking at her watch and scooted my grandmother along while she was getting a cart because my grandmother cant walk very well or fast. She mentioned to us 3 different times by yelling over to us while shopping that they were closing in x amount of time and asked twice if we were done yet. For spending as much as we did we will absolutely not be back to this store. I'll drive further to go to a big lots with half decent employees from now on."
