"We just held my wife’s doctorate graduation party here. The location is top notch. Beautiful views with a new pond and waterfall which really captured the kids, especially since there was a water turtle swimming around. Tina and the staff were kind, attentive and very accommodating. Tina, the events planner, was amazing with communication and provided top tier vendor recommendations. The entire staff went above and beyond. Our party had an amazing experience and would definitely recommend this location!"

"If you're looking for a top-notch golfing experience in Delaware, look no further than the Estates at St. Annes Golf Club in Middletown! As a member of this club, I can confidently say that this is one of the best golf courses in the state, and it only keeps getting better. With new ownership at the helm, the club is undergoing some fantastic improvements, including a complete renovation of the clubhouse. The new clubhouse is looking amazing, and I can't wait to see the finished product. The poolside restaurant has also undergone significant improvements, making it an even more enjoyable spot to relax and unwind after a round of golf. Speaking of golf, the links-style course at St. Annes is one of my favorites in the area. I play here at least once or twice a week with my family, and we always have a great time. The course is challenging but fair, with plenty of hazards and opportunities for both skilled and novice players to test their skills. Overall, I would highly recommend the Estates at St. Annes Golf Club to anyone looking for a top-quality golfing experience in Delaware. With the new ownership and ongoing improvements, this club is only going to get better and better!"
