"We have used H&R block for over 10 yrs. Our taxes can be a little complicated due to the fact we have to itemize all of our medical deductions. We've always had great tax representatives and appreciate all they do. The only reason I didn't give them 5 gold stars is because the cost is so high. I don't understand why new customers get discounts but those with over a decade of loyal service get nothing."

If they ask about pricing we try to give them the closest figure that pertains to their return which could consist of a federal form, a state form, and add-on forms. Each form has a separate price which is explained to them during their appointment. The prices are also self explanatory online(at hr block website) before they come in for their appointment. We strive to satisfy our clients and make them our priority while they are seated for their appointment. Please remember- we are all only human. Sometimes answering the phone to answer a question or make an appointment or even having to greet someone who walks thru the door cannot be helped when we are short staffed. "Its easy and more reliable then doing it myself with some of the free software. The price is a bit steep, but I am paying for a service that hasn't let me down for the past 3 years. I have a H&R location that is a few minutes from my house so the location is convenient."
