"Took my 2019 personal and business taxes in to the Walmart location and had a typical experience, until the person whom I handed my files over to became sick and was unable to do the taxes. I was assured it would be handed over to someone else, but that never happened and they did not get my taxes done nor could they find my original files until months later, past the original deadline. There were times where I could not get in contact with anyone about the status of my taxes and it seemed as if I wasn't even in their system to get things finished. They discounted the original fees, but the experience as a whole left me unconfident in their ability to do taxes, keep track of clients, or even return a simple phone call. Do not recommend and even though my experience was certainly an outlier, the people I dealt with had no idea what was going on with my filing status, so be warned of their incompetency and lack of communication."
