"I’m not sure what’s going on at this location. Two times I called to schedule an appointment for my taxes, both times I was quoted different prices, “Huge price jumps” with the same information I provided. I’m not sure if it depends if they are busy or not and everyone needs their taxes done but the price shouldn’t drastically change like that. I was quoted $80 the first time then it jumped over $250 the second time, claiming one dependent and one W-2, within a week difference. Last year I paid something completely different. Less then $120 claiming no dependents with x amount of W-2s. Test it out! Different representatives will give you different prices. Hold whoever quoted you a price by their word if it ever changes when you sit down with an agent. Get their name etc, so they don’t over charge you once your almost finish with your taxes with an agent. Update- I was given a phone call from this location, so they can help me finish my taxes online, which was very kind. My Payment for them to help me complete my taxes over the phone was $155. I was able to complete my taxes by myself online and with a pro expert help with a one time payment of $50, for the expert to review/direct communication."
