"Me and my boyfriend both got our taxes done the same day. He has yet to get anything back and the amount he’s getting back keeps changing. Pretty sure my taxes were completely messed up. We won’t be back. It’s really went down hill since the good people left"

"I had an appt Tuesday and THEY called me to reschedule for Thursday at 11am because the lady was going to be out. Ok fine then Wednesday they call me at 8:00 pm saying they need to move my appt to 12 pm with another lady because the original lady had a “family emergency “ ok fine I get there at 12 on the dot and they say I have to wait for a half hour because the lady was running behind! I wait 40 minutes for the lady to come to me and tell me she can’t take me because she had a doctors appt and she’s gonna see if another lady can take me the other lady “Patricia” comes out and shakes her head no to taking me! Then the other lady tells me I have to reschedule so I just walked out ! Never come to this place the “workers” are terrible and unprofessional and rude!"

"I work in NJ, Live in DE They've done my Taxes for the last 7 or 8 years. Up until last year when Karen A. retired, they were great. Had someone new do them and I'm considering not going back. I asked for someone knowledgeable in Interstate Taxes. I caught one mistake before filing, and the lady argued with me that I was wrong, finally got her to take a closer look. Then a month ago, I got a letter from DE informing me of another error. I may give the office another try, but definitely not the same agent. I really miss Karen, she was very good at her job!!"

"When my husband dropped off our taxes they said we could us the “drop of method” So it seemed great option at the time but they didn’t tell us that they would be pushed off until whenever they got around to it. Neatless to say it took over a week to get them done in the mean time we were called and told twice they would be done that day (however they were not done that day) when they were finally done an my husband came home an said it would take a couple of weeks to get them back I wasn’t happy about that as always using other tax places they have never taken weeks to get back an then the best part was I ask him what the price was and we had to pay them over 500$ for them!!!! You can guess at this point I’m beyond upset and we will NEVER BE USING H&R BLOCK AGAIN!!!!!! ALSO MOST CERTAINLY WILL NOT BE RECOMMENDING THEM TO ANY ONE EVER!!!!"
