"The associates at the location were nice as well as helpful. I was a first time customer and was told my tax preparation would be half off the regular price. I was charged $269.00 for the preparation. That obviously means the original price was $538.00. That is ridiculous. I do know that my return is not complicated enough to charge that kind of money. I will not be returning as a customer and will not recommend JH to anyone."

Both of them were very patient and engaging. There was a small hiccup with their card machine but they remained professional and thanked me for my patience. "I was a walk-in, no one was present at the front desk, eventually someone came from their cubicle to assist. She was very pleasant and professional. I was very disappointed with the fee’s $257 with a W2, Church Contribution and 1 College Dependent. I’ve used them for over 30 years, with no perks excluding the rapid refund. I didn’t owe but will be receiving a small refund, it took 20 minutes to complete. Next year I’ll be looking into a free service or filing them on my own!"
