"Summer Jordan was rude and unprofessional! When given tax information a week and a half ago and asked why the night before you say there was a problem. Only after clients contact you. To be told you were called (NO VOICEMAIL NOR NO CALLS WERE MADE TO CUSTOMER). I was told so what does that mean at the end of tax season. At that point she was not worth my time, breath, nor money for two years of personal taxes and two years of business taxes. Sad part is the way she carries herself also tells me it wasn't the first time and it won't be the last that she has and will treat a customer that way. When staff leave so they can't be a witness, so it becomes a she say she say if anything comes out of a problem that tells me a lot. Oh and when I asked to speak with her, I could hear her say to her coworker that she didn't have time for this, that she was busy."

"What a terrible experience, I walked right out before we even got to my taxes. The secretary was nice, however their pricing is very expensive. The accountant I sat down with was very rude, complaining that my tax return was complicated and that the documents I uploaded were too long for her to go through. She asked me a question, and when I asked for clarification, she continued to ask the same exact question. I understand I waited too long, and I called earlier in the week to ask if they could accommodate a new client. Be wary of this location"

"Generally I know how to complete the tax return, however, there are some aspects that are sometimes not clear, e.g. premium tax credit. Sure I can complete the document(s), but I have questions. The calculations are not telling. HRB's software system gives me an answer, even though it still may not be crystal clear as to the logic/reasons. Nonetheless, I feel more confident having HRB complete and endorse my return."
