"Been here many times to pick up a few items, this is my first full shopping trip here and everything was great till I got to the checkout line. The cashier seemed impatient, putting quantity of work done over quality of work done. She started bagging before I had a chance to start bagging my own stuff which I normally do. She put my Halo ice cream in with a bunch of non frozen items, even though I was buying lots of frozen items. I got home, thought I got everything and missed the halo because everything else I'm the bag was not cold. $6 ice cream wasted and I am pissed. I was there at 12:22pm January 28th. Chaniyah was the cashier."

"If you want to see corporate greed manifested in its physical form. Visit 950 Baltimore pike. Corporate decided to take the handicapped parking spot that was closest to the crosswalk and entrance to the store, and replace it with an electric car charging station. Complete with massive screen. Here’s what it tells me about Giant’s priorities. - Optics are more important than (most) people. Specifically handicapped folks who truly deserve that spot are less important than people who drive teslas and will now be seen front and center at the store (maybe). - Giant doesn’t care if handicapped folks have a farther trip in a dangerous lot. They do nothing to crack down on the speed at which people drive in this lot. But at least the folks with the electric car will have a safe and convenient experience. - they want a Tesla parked out front Soooo Badly that they didn’t even consider the marketing possibilities and draw that giant screen would have had.. IF they put this thing in the back of the lot… that faces on of the busiest roads around, and many travelers would have seen, giant has a charging station now. So.. that tells me they aren’t even thinking wisely in terms of business. This is the equivalent of a politician kissing a baby. A sign and signal that the values in this company hold little moral value."
