"We had such an amazing experience at Red Square. Victoria, the owner treats you like family as soon you walk in. She went through every part of the menu section by section. She walked us through our vodka flight tasting and helped us pick out our martinis. Banana and lemon tea martinis were great and they were 10 oz each. You only need one. For an appetizer, we went with the oysters and I was hesitant eating crème fresh with oysters but I think I have been eating oysters wrong my whole life with hot sauce. These oysters had crème fresh, dill, lemon and salt and were delicious and so fresh. For our entrees we had the satsivy Duck and beef stroganoff, both were incredible. I crave the satsivy duck everyday and wish I ordered 2 of them. I don’t recall the name of the dessert but it was puff pastry with homemade cream in the middle of each layer and just the perfect amount of sweetness. I wish I could of given 10 stars. Service from Victoria and her son was OUTSTANDING!! They were so attentive and very family oriented. We loved hearing stories of her food and how personable she was to us. I was very skeptical that the vodka wouldn’t have a taste, smell or a hangover but I was very surprised on how smooth the flight was and no repercussions in the morning. I can’t wait to go back and couldn’t say enough about our experience. Thank you Victoria and your son for such an amazing night! I would HIGHLY recommend."

"My daughter and I went to Red Square for the first time. It was FANTASTIC! The Russian food was incredible and the atmosphere was amazing. We really enjoyed talking with the owner, Victoria, as well. She absolutely made us feel welcome from the second we walked in the door. We will definitely be going back!"

"Everything I thought I knew about Russian dishes was wrong. Granted, I didn’t know much but the little I did know never compelled me to want to try it. But tonight we went to Red Square and were bowled over! We ordered the Beluga caviar, the borsch, the vareniki, the chicken kiev, the beef stroganoff, the satsivy and for dessert the Napoleon and the truffle blini. The martinis were amazing as well! The best of all of those was the espresso martini. So good! Of all the courses, the dessert was my least favorite but only because everything else was so epic. The owner was so thorough in explaining every dish including Russian lore and tradition and her innovation on each dish. The dishes came out perfectly timed. This is not just dinner but a complete dining experience!"

"Red Square is an awesome and unique experience in Rehoboth Beach. I started with the vareniki in a truffle butter sauce, which was out of this world and cherished every bite. The borscht was delicious and the black bread was a perfect complement! Followed with the satsivi, which had wonderful flavor and went well with the roasted duck. The collection of vodkas and martinis was comprehensive, and the pomegranate martini, specifically, was absolutely phenomenal!! Followed the meal with the Napoleon, which was masterfully constructed. That all being said, the best part of the evening was the gracious and accommodating owner, Victoria!! She walked other diners through their vodka flights and each course. She was a true pleasure to meet and talk to. She loves her restaurant and cuisine and is very attentive. A reservation is a must, as only a few tables can be accommodated , as she will not sacrifice quality and service to her customers. I look forward to returning soon!! Спасибо большое!!!"

"Wife and I wanted something different for dinner and there is nothing more unique than this Russian restaurant. Owner is a vibrant woman with a passion for the food and drink she serves. Not only making it authentic but ready to share the culture and tradition behind each vodka, cocktail and dish. We had 2 flights of vodka, each came with a detailed description. The food, from the awesome borsch my wife enjoyed, to my salmon alexander (both pictured) to the traditional beef stroganoff, and my Satsivy, were well prepared and delicious. Try enjoying the high quality, rare in America, vodkas with your food. The pairing will surprise you. Oh and the Espresso Martini is dessert enough but the house made Napoleon is well worth an order."
