Walmart Pharmacy

"Although this pharmacy gets a bit busy sometimes, I have always had a positive experience here. I have to give special mention to the Pharmacist, Joe, for really going above and beyond to make sure I got a prescription authorized and filled on time. I like that even though this is a large chain that this pharmacy has the feeling of a small, private pharmacy."

"Absolute worst pharmacy. Was told 25 minutes to wait, so I came back in 35 to allow them extra time. When I come back I was told they didn’t have my insurance so they couldn’t fill them. Why they wouldn’t have told me this the first time is beyond me. So I give them my insurance and then they say 15 minutes. 30 minutes later, and I am still waiting. The customer service is the worst I have ever experienced and I will never come back. Now I know why I use the CVS in Target on a regular basis."

"The worst pharmacy to go to. I sent my meds in earlier that day and it said gave me a time that my meds should be ready. Went it 15/30 mins after that time and the lady told me it would be another 30/40 mins. Walked around the store..came back and they started shutting down. I had to tell them whatever issue they had is not my problem and they need to reboot their system and give me the meds for my sick son. One lady had the nerve to tell me she’d be happy to buy my son medicine off the shelf to give to my son. IF I WANTED THE DAMN MEDS OFF THE SHELF i wouldn’t have walked around for 30 mins for my sons prescribed meds. I didn’t give her a attitude and just shook my head because my son was with me. But I wanted to give her a piece of my mind. Go to Walgreens! Walmart pharmacists include the male ones behind the counter have nasty attitudes and don’t know what the heck they’re doing. Oh btw, when I walked up, the two lady pharmacist were running their beanpie oatmeal pie mouths back there. Do some work!"
