"Horrible experience. I got my tax filing through SAIKIRAN REDDY SAMA Who works for this company. He was very active during the tax filing period but eventually disappeared. I got a letter from IRS stating a document was missing from the filing. It took me forever to get hold of them just to notify about the letter and after that, I am still not sure if they responded back to IRS or not. I sent a bunch of emails every week, called, texted but no response even after 2 months, I still waiting to hear back and I missed the IRS deadline already by a month. Honestly my experience was taxtoburden. Very unprofessional people won’t recommend anyone to go with these guys."

"One of worst experiences ever with unprofessional tax advisor. Initially Kiran was responsive in March 2023 during filing initial tax returns but later he literally disappeared and did not respond to any messages or phone call for months. I received an IRS letter as well and my tax document was missing too. After having a friend of mine reach out to him as well he finally responded. He still had not completed one of my filing and kept promising that it would be done before deadline which was Oct 15th. He never responded to my messages for requesting to complete before deadline and after missing the deadline he responded when I mentored that I would report him to IRS. Horrible horrible experience. Never should have trusted such an unprofessional tax advisor."
