"The clerk was very helpful and knowledgeable on how I can paint my furniture and what type and color of paint to use. And I love the small-town feel of Pitman as well. The paint quality is the best. I have been using Sherwin Williams paint for years."

"I thought I would love having a paint store in the neighborhood, one that’s just a five-minute walk from my house. However, I have never been able to buy anything there. Last year we decided to repaint the house—interiors. We went over for several samples; they would only give us one or two. Now I’m wanting to paint a bookcase and a step stool. I went over there for a quart of paint. Wouldn’t you know it? They’re all out of quarts. For the step stool, I only need a sample, so the next day I went to choose a color and get a sample. They don’t have samples, either?? I know how paint is made. How could they have no quart-sized cans? And no sample jars?? To whom are they selling? Who is their customer base? Even our contractors had no luck there. If you want the job done, if you want a store to take your money, steer clear of Sherwin-Williams, at least this location."

"Once again, Sherwin-Williams on Holly in Pitman fails. We went in and looked at color card samples. We picked Gold Finch and wanted to buy a sample of the paint. When we asked the employees at the front desk, they said they were out. Yesterday, my wife went into the same store and asked for a quart of Connor's Lakefront. Again, they said they were out. So we wasted a total of 15 minutes of our lives going to Sherwin-Williams in Pitman. Last year we encountered the same situation and wasted another 15 minutes in a paint store that doesn't sell paint. We will keep going back, so we can continue to post bad reviews of a paint store that does not sell paint!"

"Excellent place with the most pleasant staff who r always willing to help n serve their customers even if they have to stay later than expected! Great customer is a thing of the past but not at the pitman store..its like taking a trip back in time when people actually cared about their cuatomers! Kudos to the staff"

"My fiance and I went to Sherwin Williams in Pitman today and we got exceptional customer service. They aren't currently allowing customers into their store due to COVID-19 and had signs outside explaining you had to call in your order but we didn't know this prior to getting there. But Evan met us at the door and was more than happy to help us pick out colors based on a swatch we brought with us. He brought out different colors to show us to make sure we were happy with our choice. He asked us lots of questions about the room to make sure we got all the material we needed. He was a little busy with the phone ringing and another customer behind us, but he was very attentive and good at multi tasking. Overall we're so happy with the color and the service we received! Especially during these trying times, I felt Evan went above and beyond to help us out today."
