"Called and asked for a refill of a medication twice. Instead of calling me and telling me my prescription had expired, they ignored me. Got a flu/COVID shot and waited for 50 minutes in a quiet shop. I had called earlier and told them I was coming but still I waited. Save your time- go someplace you will be respected."

"Have been near late and this time late with my prescription. I had no problems getting my prescription early from the rite aid when I was getting a different prescription. Unfortunately it seems that I can only get this prescription here but I am not happy with this service. This is a delivery prescription but they are always cutting it close and like I said this time I did not get it at all. Ridiculous. I will be asking my doctor to prescribe me something that I can get from the rite-aid."

"I can't say I have ever reviewed a pharmacy but this one deserves my time. They went above and beyond in helping me get my mom's prescription cost down. The pharmacist called me multiple times and even did a bit of research so I knew what to ask the insurance company when I called. I am sooo incredibly thankful for their help. I really have never worked with a pharmacy better than this. Truly wonderful."
