"I wanted to start supporting this local business but I will not be back. Walked into the pharmacy today at 12:25 to buy flonase. Zero customers in the store. Pharmicist in back walking back and forth tech sitting at a desk doing paperwork. No one looked up or asked if they could help. I was standing at the counter about 3 feet from the desk where tge tech was. After 5 minutes I turned around and marched myself to Rite-aid. You all better train your staff to talk to the customers when they come in. We pay your salary."

"My family loves Wiley Pharmacy. My daughter has been on approximately six medications since birth. We switched from CVS because her medicine never seem to be correct nor on time. The folks at Wiley treat us like family. They even changed the way one of the medicines was bottled to avoid waste. Even though both the staff and my family are excited she is coming off some of her medications, it’ll be sad that I won’t use the pharmacy as much. We highly recommend the pharmacy. You will not feel like a number like at the chain places. They go above and beyond with customer service. They offer to deliver prescriptions and they give you call about the refills. It is never difficult to reach someone by phone and even when I forget to pick something up, I get a personal reminder just to make sure I still need the medication. I always have my refills in more than enough time. The pharmacy is right down the street from us and we are so happy that they are part of our neighborhood."

"It's so wonderful to have a "small town" feel pharmacy here in Bear! Dr Brandy is wonderful and extremely informative. The whole team is friendly and caring. A MUCH different experience then a "chain" pharmacy gives you! Rest assured like us that taking your prescriptions there, you will receive the best advise and care. Dr. Brandy does a great job with vaccines, I get a bit nervous, but she made me laugh so I really didn't feel the injection. Love this pharmacy!"
