"This is absolutely the worst Walgreens pharmacy in Delaware. They shorted me on my medicine that was a controlled substance and the pharmacy manger and store manger did not do there jobs to find out what happened to my medicine that is missing. I only received 60 pills out of 90. They refused to pull cameras and treated me like I was lying. I reported them to Delaware board of pharmacy. Hopefully they will investigate the situation. Besides that they have sent me home with other people medicine which I had to take back. And the lines in the drive thru are ridiculously but I will say there management is good for nothing. BEWARE CHECK YOUR MEDICINE BEFORE LEAVING THE PHARMACY!!"

"I have had nothing but poor experiences here. I have tried getting medications filled but I has taken days on end. Recently I tried getting a medication for my pet. Instead of telling when I brought in the prescription or calling to let me know it was not available, I had to ask if the medication was ready. When I asked what my options were she said you can try another pharmacy but it’s late. I had to ask for her to call another pharmacy to see they had the medication. Small things make a big difference she should have offered in the first place as it is not my fault the med is out and THEY did not inform me."

"Please stop patronizing Walgreens Pharmacy. I schedule a hep A and B vaccine on line. When I got to the store I was told I had to wait in line even though I had an appointment with a confirmation code. After 30 minutes of waiting I got to the front of the line and was told it was out of stock. Asked to speak with management. After 10 minutes no one came. Asked about the manager again and the young teenager sent one of friends out to act like the manager. After I spoke to the person they sent out she went and got a real manager who could not explain the problem. They have immature people working behind the counter. They thought it was funny that I was inconvenienced. This Pharmacy is poorly managed and understaffed. CVS does not have their volume but have many more staff who are competent. The wait at this Walgreens all the time is ridiculous. They continue to make billions while providing us with poor customer service and untrained staff. They will continue to be this way as long as we allow it by patronizing them"

"This was the worst experience I've ever had with a pharmacy. After waiting in the phone queue for 10+ minutes, someone answered and put the phone down and I could hear them as they served customers. I was calling to deal with an emergency regarding an insulin prescription. So I was trapped. I ended up having to call the store manager from a second line, to get them to walk over and force someone to pick up the phone they put down. And then I was given the runaround by the pharmacist, who told me my doctor was wrong and my insurance company was lying to me, when the error was the pharmacy's error. Getting transferred to a manager, the phone just hung up after ringing non-stop for a few minutes. My insurance company then called. And was hung up on 3 times. This was an emergency too, for a medication that I can't go without. These people are negligent, rude and I would say if you value your health avoid this pharmacy at all costs."
