Pro Desk at The Home Depot

"Horrible!!!! This place used to b friendly and clean. About a month ago was still ok,they had someone at the door counting how many ppl in and if we're wearing masks due to Covid19.A couple days ago went by to shop for some stuff and no one was checking how many ppl coming in or if we're wearing masks, social distancing is non existent by costumers or staff!I was dodging costumers just as soon I stepped into the store. Also, there was no wipes to wipe the carts or trollies before use. I asked a staff member if there they had wipes to clean the carts and he said :No, we r all out! Excuse me, but this store has some kind of paper towels, I saw TP there, use something to wipe it down. Aldi, Walmart, and a few more stores has someone outside whipping it for costumer before they get in the stores.The place was a mess,and when we asked a staff member to help us, he kept walking saying he was going to find someone, he disappeared for a few minutes then around the corner he told us to go to the service desk bad ask for help! SERIOUSLY ???He had a phone to page but meantime was just there for what??? Finally a staff member came by, he was awesome helping us and giving us information. Larry was amazing helper!! He kept his social distancing from us which is expected from everyone. I'm giving 2 stars bc of Larry, otherwise I would give 0 stars."
