"Great place to find power tools and accessories, especially Ryobi tools. This place is located in the Tanger Outlets in Rehoboth Beach, DE. They have a large selection of Ryobi products. Most of the items are either factory refurbished or previously owned. Regardless of where it came from, they are repackaged and in great condition. You can get things up to 45% off. They also have Hoover and other brands. The employees were helpful and courteous."

"Worst experience ever! 2 orders, and 2 big problems. The online outlet has 3 hour wait on phone for customer service and the email told me to call and wait. The local outlet won't deal with the online purchases made. I didn't get 1 of 3 vacuums and they sent an email saying it was complete. 2 other orders I can't get from the local store because they won't recognize or talk to the online store even though the purchase was for me to pick it up at the local store which has it in stock! Stay clear of this company and save yourself a lot of time and stress!"
