"I have been a customer of this dealership since 2016. I bought my m7060 tractor and loader a pallet fork and a Kubota gr2110 lawn tractor as well as chain saws and of course parts and oil . Recently my gr2110 developed a power take off issue I know it’s 6 years old but it only has 279 hours on the clock . We paid 7000$ for this machine in the hopes it would last unfortunately it didn’t . I contacted the Delmar store to ask to have the Kubota field representative look at the mower and explain to me how a mower that is only used 3 months a year and has only 279 hours could have this problem. I was told I needed to call Kubota and ask them to open a file on it .After calling Kubota I was informed I needed to work threw the dealer . Why would the people at the Delmar store give me the number to call if they have to request the representative. It’s a classic example of passing the buck back and forth. I’m glad that I found out this dealers true colors as when my farm needs replacement equipment in the future we certainly won’t be buying from them or the products they represent. They acted like I’m wrong to even suggest contacting Kubota even though it was low hour and a very expensive piece ."

We were picking up a mower we had serviced and paying you money! And we were there 10 minutes. Who is the manager of this shop? Let's hope she runs this year after your service bc she didn't last year."
