"Purchased a custom commercial door for $4400. Door came in too short. I agreed to take it anyway because we had waited so long. They rigged it to fit by building up the threshold. Obviously it didn't fit because you could see daylight under the door and the mice streamed in all winter. It took several months for them to resolve that. The wiring for the door was done incorrectly and we fixed that. Door failed less than a year and they never fixed it. Kept sending us a bill that we didn't owe. Sent them proof that contract was paid but kept sending us the bill."
