"Ordered the wrong size River Rock, which was our fault. Was very nice about it and said be back next day with the right size and call later this day with price. No call. We called in the afternoon next day, Was told he was stuck at quarry waiting for loader to be fixed. Missed call from company 7 minutes before closing called back 2 minutes later then texted. No answer on either. No call or text to us following day until we tried the direct number, left a message then got a text back. Rocks were picked up, but delivery truck was broken down now. Said would call later that day with eta. No such call, no response on afternoon calls and text for info/eta. Weekend came and went still no contact from company. Monday no response and no answer to call text or sms. Only reason for 2 stars is how understanding he was about our mistake"

"Called and talked with this company. They said that they could deliver mulch and would get back to me later that day. I called back the next day as he never called me. I sent him an sms notification as his voice mail box was full. He stated that he had stopped by after I spoke with him the first time. He also stated that he had the measurements and would cal me later. Well I was working in the garage all day he told me he stopped by and I didn't see anyone getting measurements. I would not go with him or his company after being lied to. He has never gotten back to me with anything. Go with anyone else."

"This company is absolutely amazing and prices are best around!! Laura is the sweetest. She was so patient with me helping me figure out what kind and how much sand i needed. Laura was able to get me on the schedule for exactly when i needed the sand. Due to unforeseen circumstances on my end I had to reschedule the delivery and she said she would put my slip aside and not to worry that she would keep the information and just call back when i was ready. A few days later i called back and Laura was as polite as ever and remembered where i lived and my order before even pulling out my slip. Excellent customer service and genuinely good folks! They have earned my business for all my future needs. Look no further these folks are the best!"

"I ordered both mulch and their 50/50 blend to be delivered on Monday morning. I had a couple of neighbor kids set up to spread the mulch, ( 7 yards), at 9:00. At 10:00 Brett called and said he didn't have enough mulch to fill my order but his supplier was scheduled to bring more sometime in the morning. When I explained to him that I had the boys set up to do the install he went to his supplier location, picked up my 7 yards, and personally delivered them at 11:15. His customer relations and pricing could not be better. Excellent job Brett."
