"Ordered custom shower doors on 08/31/20. I was told 10 days for install. After numerous calls/texts I was told glass was not in yet which was fine, I was willing to wait. After a month and a half still no doors. I was then told 2 months later the gentleman had a heart attack (which is terrible) but the glass would be here the following Saturday and that he was going to get someone else to do the installs for him. When I asked what time install would be he then sent me a message back saying he is not doing the job now and would refund my deposit. I said I do not want the deposit returned just the glass installed. Now after several weeks still no deposit returned. The glass was custom ordered it is not something they can just use at someone else's house so why not just install?? Because it was never ordered. Bad business, bad communication, and stealing deposits. I would not recommend anyone use this company."
