"I had an extremely disappointing experience with FIFV Travels. Despite their initial promises and after multiple communications regarding a refund issue, their responsiveness has been severely lacking. I have sent several emails to address a significant concern with a refund that was reportedly processed by them but was never received on my end due to banking policies in the UAE that they did not account for. Further complicating the issue, their contact number and website appear to be facing problems, making it even more challenging to get any response or resolution. This lack of communication and transparency has left me in a difficult position, without the refund I was entitled to and with no clear path to resolving the issue. For anyone considering using FIFV Travels, I would urge caution. The lack of adequate customer support and accountability, especially in resolving financial transactions, has been a major concern in my experience. It's important for customers to be able to trust in the reliability and responsiveness of a company, particularly when it comes to financial dealings."

"I had ordered an urgent service of 6-8 hours to get flight tickets for our visas. They utterly failed to deliver the itineraries within that time. I had to book actual tickets and submit my visa application. They delivered after 8.5 hours by that time I had completed my visa application. Now they don’t even reply to my email when I am requesting for a refund as they must refund as per their policy! I should have gone with booking for visa who clearly said they can’t do urgent services and I have used their services before they were always true to their word and cheaper"
