"Drove 25 minutes to Tague. Walked in to buy a new front door and waited for 5 minutes for a gentleman to finish his social chat on the telephone. He then redirected us to a different area where 3 employees were sitting. They all 3 looked at us and looked away. No hello or acknowledgement. We walked out and went to a local competitor with better reviews. We were kindly greeted and purchased a nice high end door to be installed. I’m not sure how they get 4.7 stars with the lack of enthusiasm and plain common courtesy."
