"It was the worst experience since I started bringing Xurii there for care . I have never felt so mistreated.the employee snatched and put his hands on me. What disrespect!!! He and the manager laughed at it not knowing I was coming back inside. Over a complete misunderstanding you should never put your hands on a customer a faithful paying customer. I’m small he’s huge. I feel if it was a female of a different race he would have used his words instead of a form of assault. I really should have pressed charges after that horrific experience. It’s a shame because the young lady who cares for my baby is very sweet and attentive to her. This was never about her but definitely the other man and manager."

"My groomer, Ashley was wonderful. She too time in planning my little one's session, made recommendations, assisted me with purchasing additional products I needed, and sent my baby home a cutie pie. Very pleased."

"Staff could be friendly. Not sure why I was given sassy attitude, and accused of not have current vaccination documents when all along she was looking at the date wrong. Seems there is some bias towards certain customer's and I will allow you to conclude what I am saying."

"Milene was the groomer and she is amazing! The pet salon is in desperate need of groomers and she could have been stressed and overwhelmed but she wasn’t. I just moved to Dover DE and was nervous about changing groomers for my dogs. I couldn’t have been any happier and my two boys look Beautiful! Milene is the best groomer I have ever used. She deserves a Big Fat Raise! She is patient, gentle and definitely knows how to handle dogs."
