"My husband and I elected to come here the morning after our wedding in the city. We love love loved it! It has the most amazing Victorian feel! There are amazing details and nic nacks all over this beautiful home. It is an experience to stay here, it is not for people who need fancy and upgraded rooms. Barbara was so kind and welcoming! She showed us everything we needed to know. There is a contential breakfast in the mornings which was lovely. The presentation and the dishes are amazing. The location is fantastic we could see the ocean from our bed in the rose room. There is also beach towels and chairs avaliable to you. We are already planning to come back as it was a great experience as our frist time as husband and wife!"

"My husband and I had a wonderful experience at King's Cottage. Our room was spacious and cozy, and the location was perfect - just two houses down from the beach, and a short walk to shopping at the Mall. Complimentary beach towels, chairs, and umbrellas were provided which we gladly took advantage of. The parking lot was tight so if you drive a bigger vehicle think carefully about how you can get out once you're in! There is 15 minute metered parking in front of the Cottage which we used when packing up the car before leaving. Breakfast, while light, was delicious and served promptly. Everything was very clean and well kept, and Barbara was so nice and friendly. Highly recommended!!"

"My husband and I just recently at Kings Cottage we had a great view of the beach and the room was very comfortable. Barbara was so nice and made us feel so welcome. Price was also very reasonable for being close to the beach and some very good restaurants within walking distance to the shopping area. Worth the stay."

"I agree with first post. Barbers accused me of stealing purfume from another guest room. I laft a night earlu due to this. She never came to clean my room once. I wad there for 5 days. Very uncomfortable. Roseanne was a delight. If you must stay there do it when Roseanne is there."
