Philadelphia Suites Extended Stay Hotel

"My stay for the weekend was horrible, The room was VERY NASTY THE FRONT DESK SAID THEY HAD NO ROOMS to move and didn't refund My money ....DO NOT USE THIS HOTEL AT ALL THE ROOMS ARE DIRTY WE HAD TO STAND UP TO EAT CAUSE THE SOFA WAS NASTY . , carpet and dishes also was dirty that the front desk had to throw the glass away, I took pictures wish I can post them but if anyone needs them they are available to show . Nasir is the front desk host he's a liar and I booked though expedia and they hang up on them when they was trying to connect us on 3way call."

"After a bad airbnb, Extended Stay was exactly what I needed to soothe my nerves for the rest of my stay in Philadelphia. The staff was wonderful. The room was immaculate. And other than the occasional airplane, it was nice and quiet."

"This was a relatively inexpensive stay for a weekend trip to see museums. It has actual parking, but that's because it's so far from the city. The room was fairly large, with enough space for 3-4 people to each be in their own bubble. The shower was a bit better than most places of similar tier. The WiFi was terrible and essentially unusable. The power outlets in the furniture were of unreliable function, leaving you to have to unplug things from the wall to use power. The rain was very loud."

"I was so excited that the hotel is back open. But they still need help. They don’t put extra toilet paper in your room you have to come down and get it. The bed is hard pillows are horrible you have to sleep with both and they only give you two. The shower wasn’t clean and I seen 4 roaches. The phone doesn’t work I had to use my cell phone to call the front desk. The sofa has staines on it"

"I had a wonderful relaxing stay-cation here. My car was safely parked. When I walked in the room, I noticed the fire alarm needed a battery. I told the front desk and someone came to fix it within 5 to 10 minutes. All the appliances seem pretty new. Bed was comfy. Linen was clean. Room was big, carpet was clean, overall great and relaxing stay. I will be back."
