"My two girlfriends and I called ahead and made appointments for three pedicures and three full sets. They said come on in. When we got there they only had two staff. They had us in the chairs to get pedicures with only one staff serving us. The staff used the same tools on all of us without disinfecting them. Then in the middle of my pedicure the woman made me get up and told me not to put my flip flops on. I had to walk on the carpet to the nail booth. She left my two girlfriends unattended and started with my full set. After she was done that (no polish) I sat back in the pedicure chair and she continued with my pedicure. Again my girlfriends left unattended. The other Male staff was wandering around. When she was finished my pedicure, that she did a horrible job on. She painted my nails. Also a horrible job. I told her that I wasn't satisfied with my toes or nails and she got an attitude. She took the gel nail polish off of my fingernails with an attitude and cut my fingers. I will never, ever go here again."
