"I've been going to the Glen Mills Omnia location for years and my nail tech left. Ryan was my new tech and I was so pleased with my experience. Comfortable conversation and he made me feel catered to. This was important for me as I've been to different locations and have not been happy with the interactions with the techs. Ask for Ryan Nguyen when at Glenn Mills location!"

"I was quite disappointed... My friend and I came to have a relaxing experience getting our toes done and we had completely different experiences. 2nd time I've ever gotten a pedicure. The women who did my friends toes kept asking how she was doing and if she needed anything... the woman who did mine seemed annoyed as soon as she sat down because I didn't have my polish with me, but I knew the number! Anyway, she gave zero effort. I asked if she could apply more pressure while massaging and I got nothing. I felt zero pressure other than the weight of her hand rubbing my leg... After she finished she said "ok, you're done." And got up and walked away... The woman who did my friends toes finished up, gathered my friends items, and walked them upfront with us... we sat drying our toes and the woman who did mine walks in with food... was looking for something more than this and was bummed☹️"

"If you're looking for more than just a pedicure or manicure go here. This place is a Spa experience. They massage your shoulders while you're nails are drying they give you complimentary drinks. The staff is great, super friendly, listening to your needs and asking you different things you might want during your experience there."

"I really love this place! Lina my nail tech is super patient and is very helpful when it comes to suggesting colors for my nails. She is also very sweet and easy to talk to. Overall I’m very happy with the nail salon. Oh and they also serve complimentary drinks which is a plus! Have already gone here twice and will return again in the near future."

"Leaving til home my nail had a dent in polish. 3days later my nail polish is already chipped and my nails are cracking. I tried to tell the gentleman they were not dried yet under the gel light. Paid a lot of money for the service and hasn’t even lasted a week."
