Sazio

"We had a wonderful experience at Sazio and will definitely be back. I came across the restaurant due to restaurant week in Rehoboth. The restaurant was nice inside but it was really nice to sit outside on the porch. Sam was our waitress and she was fantastic. We asked her advice on meals since it was our first time and her picks did not disappoint. Sam is very knowledgeable about the dishes and so nice. We decided to go with the garlic bread and ricotta balls for appetizers. Then we decided to go with the 3 course pre fixe menu (special for restaurant week - prosciutto & cantaloupe bruschetta, bucatini aragosta and strawberry sorbetto). It was a lot of food but we are so glad we did it. All of the dishes were amazing plus now we have leftovers for lunch tomorrow. We are looking forward to going back and trying more dishes."

"We started with a gluten free request for health reason. Tom came over to the table and ensured everything would be handled correctly. From ensuring us that they went so far as to change gloves before they prepared each meal, he hand delivered the meal and again went over all the precautions. I know I've said this on other reviews, but Tom and the entire staff went above and beyond to make sure everything was handled. Thank you"

"Came in to celebrate my daughter getting married. We ordered the crab dip. It was very heavy on the cream cheese and not much crab flavor. My Italian husband loved his linguine and clams. My daughter and I had the crab cake bucatini. It was beautiful but very undersalted. Sadly, it lacked flavor. We saved it by using some of the compound butter from the bread loaf we ordered and lots of salt. The crab cake was very good. Light on the filler. My son in law liked his chicken parm. We split the chocolate hazelnut cake. 4 ways, but there was no hazelnut flavor in the cake. It was also served very cold. Maybe why hard to taste it the hazelnut. Very pretty location. Our Server was excellent."

"It is hard to pick a favorite part of this place, but the staff was great. Our waitress was amazing. Extremely attentive, and very willing to answer our questions about the food. Recommended us the muscles and they were phenomenal. Our entrees were equally great. We loved the drink options and they had a good flavor. If we make it back to the area, I want to be sure to come back."

"This is an Italian restaurant and we had dinner reservations for 6 o'clock. Arrived on time, the waiter quickly cleaned the table and brought a small plate of vegetables instead of bread, perhaps Mediterranean food style. Lots of people talking loudly in the restaurant. If you also like this environment, you may enjoy this atmosphere. I didn't order dessert... just wanted to get out of the noise."
