"Had been going here for two years. Quality has dropped. Left with cuts on my toes after the last pedicure, one was bleeding and addressed by the owner. Still was charged full price bc the owner said she wouldn’t offer anything unless the cut was worse."

"In response to a couple of the complaints i have read and as a very loyal satisfied customer I wanted to review Zyng nails. Yes this place is busy so sometimes you have to wait a few minutes after your appointment time, however its worth it! The service is always excellent. Helen work’s ridiculously hard to run this business and keep her customers happy. Manicures and pedicures are great here . The massage that comes with the pedicure is awesome and I never feel rushed. As with every small business Zyng has struggled through covid and are now fighting back and doing a great job. Don't bash small businesses if you don’t like it go somewhere else but don't damage peoples livelihoods. I would highly recommend Zyng to anyone."

"The lady in the front I believe her name is Helen, is so rude for no reason. I went in and all I asked was for her to fix my nails that are not even 3 days old. You can clearly see the acrylic on my skin.. she started yelling and telling me I wasn’t going to tell her how to do her job in front of everyone.. Please do better and work on your customer service. I paid and tipped her for her work so I expect her to at least be respectful and just do what I paid for.."

"Wow!!! Moved close by and figured I’d treat myself. Although a bit pricy for me as I’m a college student I’ve never been happier. The manager, Helen, did my nails and I’m so beyond happy with the service she provided as well as the other staff. Clean, friendly and an amazing experience. The nails are the best I have ever had! I will surely come back! Highly recommend !!!!!"
