"Very rude staff, they don’t acknowledge you when you first walk in they just stare. Nobody asked me if i got waited on or helped. I waited for 30 plus minutes and they still waited on someone who just walked in. I wish my experience was better but it was not. Would not recommend at all"

"I went here to get a full set of dip powder and the guy did them. He didn’t push my cuticles back neither did he trip my nails. I normally do my own dip at home and they turn out way better than this. I don’t recommend going for dip powder. Otherwise their gel manicures are great."
"One of my nails broke off a few days after getting a full set. I went back to get it fixed and I was still charged for the repair. Also, I got a color change but later on the same day, the polish started chipping off. Once again, I went back ( was not charged) but barely a week later, the polish in the other nails started to chip off as well. This has never happened to me before, and I surprised because I don’t do hard labor with my hands. Maybe if I had tried another employee my experience would have been better."
