"This place blew my expectations! Came on a busy weekend and this was the only restaurant with reservations…I am not sure why, because the food was phenomenal! Presentation was also beautiful. This deserves way more than 3.7 stars! So delicious!"

"Really a disappointment. Things started okay with a pleasant gazpacho and fair octopus appetizer. However, only 1/4 entrees was good, the scallop fish with risotto. When my husband sent his fish back cold, it came back out a second time cold. Next my daughters food tasted terrible. It was a pasta dish. Entree 3, an airline chicken was so dry it was inedible. Service was inattentive and could have cared less after dropping the plates. I asked that my husband’s entree be taken off the check and it was done begrudgingly and only after I was very assertive. Such a great spot and so beautiful next to the beach, but would not recommend going here."

"Such a disappointment for a beautiful venue across from the beach. Chef refused to accommodate a simple appetizer request. Service so slow and as you can see we were the only couple in the entire restaurant that holds at least 125 people. Manager non-existent despite having his head down at the podium the entire 2 hours we were there. Never checked on this only table, never noticed how slow service was and not the kitchen's fault. Wanted it to be so much better."

"Best meal I’ve had in Cape May. The chef is incredible and his presentation is pure art. The view of the ocean is breathtaking as well."

"Had Risotto for an appetizer, seafood bisque and French Frenched Chicken for entree, wife had Herb Salmon, everything was incredible, made an observation that there is no salt and pepper on the tables, and honestly it wasn't needed. The hostess was super nice and a good conversational. Planning a trip back to The Ocean Club in the fall and will definitely go to Sea Salt again."
