"I was here shortly after 7 AM. Not busy at all, felt like I was invisible for the first five minutes while waiting at the counter ( the only customer at the register). A young girl with red ( not real) hair walked by me twice, she may have been the manager ( god help us all) , never alerted the other baristas (4) , that there was a customer waiting for service. Finally got served by a woman who was attentive, waited for fresh coffee to be brewed , left not understanding the business model for the store."
