"Went there Sunday evening for our first time for my birthday and loved it. Bright, happy colors and vibe. Waiter was so helpful with our selections which were wonderful with plenty to take home. To top off a fun night their Mariachi group serenaded me singing and playing guitar as they delivered a delicious surprise birthday dessert. We surely will be back."

"My son and I came here with high hopes, as we had heard good things about this restaurant. Unfortunately, our experience didn’t meet those expectations. The restaurant was busy when we arrived, around 6:20pm, but we were able to get a seat relatively quickly. However, once seated with menus, it took about 10-15 minutes before anyone came to take our order. We ordered drinks and food all once so we wouldn’t have to wait again. The restaurant atmosphere was typical of a Mexican restaurant, but the outdoor seating had a nice waterfront view. Drinks came, and we saw other tables that were seated after us served food before we ever got ours. We finished snacking on the complimentary chips and salsa while waiting for our food (salsa was good, chips were incredibly stale). It was another half hour for our food to come. I got the carne asada street taco platter and my son got the hamburger and fries from the kids menu. The food was mediocre, neither good or bad. So can’t complain too much. The server never came to check on us after serving our food, we sat with empty plates for a while. When she finally came over I asked for our check. I have mixed feelings. Our server, although very untimely and inattentive, was friendly. We will likely return to give it another shot. But for now I can only give three stars."

"We are in town for a baseball tournament and maxe our way over to Tequila Real after looking at reviews of local establishments. We LOVED it there! The food was fantastic and it's such a cool restaurant with great indoor and outdoor seating! We highly recommend checking it out!"

"I’ve been looking for a great Mexican restaurant near me and I finally found it. The food was very tasty, reasonably priced, drinks were delicious. I had the tequila Sangria OMG it was so good:) The view of the water while sitting on the deck was beautiful. Definitely think it’s worth every dollar spent"
