Outback Steakhouse

"I went with my family to Outback Steakhouse to celebrate my nephew's high school graduation. I was recently diagnosed with several severe food allergies. I notified my server of my allergies and she passed the word on. The General Manager, Joe, to my table and talked with me about my allergies. He discussed every food item I ordered and advised me on some ingredients I didn't expect to be in the food. He made sure to get me some delicious food I could eat. The kitchen manager JP made sure his crew didn't cross contaminate any of my food. They went above and beyond for me and my food allergies! 10-10. Thank you for the great service! I'll be back for sure!"

"Food was decent as well as service. There was a small but important incident with our food.... it was brought to the kitchen staffs attention but not sure of it carried over to management. If management knew they never addressed the issue with us."

"This has been one of our favorite restaurants for a long time. Steaks are always on point , hard to beat. However the service there has been hit or miss in the last year or so. They have one person take your order, someone else brings out your food , someone different brings out your drinks .. it’s very confusing . Also Takes forever to get refills with this type of system … when our food came out I asked for a refill, and by the time the refill came out , I was done with my meal…. All the while our waitress was chatting with the receptionist at the door . . .."

"Went 3/22 for my mother's birthday and everything was very good. The food was Excellent and the service was even better. Ashley was our waitress. She made us feel as if we were her only table. That is definitely a plus in my book. Thanks Outback Salisbury MD for making my Mom's 71st Birthday a very pleasurable one."
