"Had to wait 30 min even though I had an appointment, then charged an extra 5$ more than was stated on the scheduled appointment. Go somewhere else that respects your time."
"When I entered the shop, no one greeted me. As a walk-in I asked the wait time, the 1st barber on the right answered he did not know. I sat in the waiting area for 2 hours. All chairs were full, those came in door after me had made appts online. The upsetting part of this visit was that a barber had no client, sat in his chair for 30-45 minutes before asking me over. Then his appt walked in and back to the waiting area I go. Another barber with no client, sat to get his hair cut as I waited longer. It says walk-ins welcome but today I did not feel welcomed."
