"Excellent experience and service from them, and I had great experience with Rachel cutting my hair"
"Staff was rude very unprofessional, I recognized the lady Sherry from before. She cut my son’s hair and it was horrible. Uneven and chunky cuts no blending. Which was hidden when she styled it. It wasn’t until my son took a shower that night that I saw the damage. I went back the next day to get it fixed, by someone else. Sherry was there giving me the stink eye. Visually upset that I asked someone else to fix it. This time I signed in online, walked in around 5:20. As soon as I walked in I recognized her. I didn’t say anything. First thing Sherry says to me she recognized his name and said I’m not cutting his hair you didn’t like what I did last time and came back to get it fixed. With a nasty attitude. Then turned to Rachel/Rachael not sure of the spelling. Who was cutting someone’s hair. Which she replied, I can’t cut his hair, I don’t have time to cut it, your gonna have to back tomorrow. Mind you it’s 40 mins before 6. Secondly you talk to customers like that. I said you know what I don’t have time for this and walked out with my son. After walking out I turned around opened the door and said you know what that was very unprofessional. It’s not what your saying it’s how your saying it. Your right you did mess up my sons hair. I have the right to get it fixed. I didn’t say anything to you. I wasn’t being rude. She started walking towards the door coming at me. The other girl quickly walking behind her. So much that when Sherry threw her hand up she almost whacked the other girl Rachel/Rachael in the face. Whom didn’t say anything else just standing by. I reiterated. It’s not what your saying it’s the attitude and rudeness that very unprofessional. She then started apologizing to me for the way she was acting. I walked away went into the Walmart, By they time I was walking to my car with my son. They were walking out the door closing. I have never been treated so rudely. As a customer coming in to have a service provided. You don’t treat customers that way. You think I want to come back there and have either of them cut my son’s hair. Mind you I tipped her rather generously even though she messed up my son’s hair. I do not recommend either one of these so called professionals. I know for a fact that it could have been handled differently and said differently without attitudes. I’m not going to be spoken to that way by anyone. To act like that in front of my son. Who was like Mom she has a bad attitude. That lady was not very nice at all. All other times I have gotten my son or husband’s hair cut there it was a great experience. These last two times. Nope."
"Walked in at 5:30 to get a Childrens haircut for my son and was told no come back tomorrow because they wanted to leave early"
""Sports Clips needs to meet higher standards considering the price they charge their customers. I had specifically asked Racheal to maintain some length on the top so I could style my hair backwards. I even showed her a picture for reference. However, instead of following my instructions, she ended up giving me a buzz cut. I had a feeling she might make a mistake, as she repeatedly removed hair from the top using only a trimmer and comb, without measuring the length. Once she finished, she asked for my opinion, and honestly, the haircut looked terrible from the top. I pointed out that there was barely any length left, to which she responded, 'Well, that's what you showed me.' Unsatisfied, I requested a fade cut on the sides, although it wasn't really what I had wanted. To add to the disappointment, I noticed issues with the back of my hair when I got home. I won't be returning there again. I'm attaching the picture of the haircut I had shown her, as well as the haircut I actually received."
"Just took my 7 year old son there for a haircut. Tionna or Tee took him. He is autistic and has sensory issues and has come a long way in getting haircuts and has not had a problem any other time we've gone there. She must have been in a bad mood today, but proceeded to continuously tell him to quit moving. And "the more he moves the longer its going to take, and she's there til 6pm, so..." I've never felt so disrespected by anyone ever. If you're going to be in the service Industry, you treat everyone with respect whether they are 7 or 57."
