"The Owner is disrespectful, l ask him can I see his crabs he said no you buy and you go, then he told the other customer she couldn't get her crabs live, I believe they're cooking dead crabs. I will never support this store again!"

"Came from Philly and I love how the cook have a good sense of humor. The place very clean and their crab special buy 2 dozens get one free only for $40 also you can get the crabs cooked in beer for an extra $2 I’m coming back for sure worth the drive. I’m coming back."

"The owner is sooooo rude. He hangs up on you and randomly refuses phone orders. They don’t stick to their business hours. Sometimes they’re open & sometimes they’re not. The “fresh” Whiting is overpriced!!!!! I called to order crabs, the owner told me what they had and hung up. I called back and he said “no, no, no” and hung up. I was shocked, I couldn’t believe it. Another time, I called, he told me what they had and ended with “you either want it or you don’t” and hung up. The city spends too much money with him for him to be so nasty."

"Okay, considering Chester seafood spots are extremely limited I'll be generous & give Kim's 3 stars. Service is okay. There are no menus to order from. This was my 3rd time eating here & again I'm not impressed. My food was over priced as is everything in the store. I'm attaching some pics of my last purchase looks are deceiving; there was a large amount of margine NOT butter in the bottom of the platter.. There was no flavor to the crabs or shrimp. These pics & review is from my experience 2 days ago & i still haven't finished the platter (see before & after pics) had this been a platter from anywhere else it wouldn't have survived an hour lol. Buy at your own risk!"
