"Pulled up to the drive thru at 5 of 12 and wanted something small and instead of saying hi sorry we're closing they decided to ignore us completely. That's pretty rude."

"Waited 15 minutes for someone to even notice us then didn't get our food right. The workers were to busy playing around then doing their job."

"Went to McDonald's at Paulsboro on the night of 9/15/23. Staff was unprofessional and acted like they were being bothered by me being there. Waited in drive thru line a long time. Food was cold and old. Missing items I ordered. By the time I got home, about 5 minutes, I noticed Fries and chicken nuggets were cooked in old, burned oil and I could tell had been sitting out a long time. Aka past the time they should have before being served. If you're going to charge such high prices on your items, at least serve them fresh and hot. PS. Where was your manager for that shift?"

"I still don’t understand how they still miss things when you go through the drive through. Most of their business is through the drive through. I went there n the drive through because I had a child in the car and I was ask to pull over and wait. When the order did come out they forgot the happy meal’s milk and dipping sauce. I had to get the child out of the car and walk in to get the milk and I was asked by the manager if they really forgot to give it to me. Seriously I am carrying a kid across a busy parking lot in 95° heat."

"The young lady prepping food kept wiping her hands on her clothes then making orders. The manager Michael was sweaty and it was dripping everywhere! When I brought the nasty to his attention he tried to ignore my complaint. My order was wrong the the grease is old exactly why the chicken Patties are old."
