"I did an online order and it had somehow gotten lost in the internet. I went into the store and spoke with Dakhi. He was amazing with his knowledge of the online ordering. He helped me with the app and successfully competing my order!! He and the rest of the staff were extremely friendly! DAKHI YOU ARE A ROCK STAR!!! "I went there and got two tacos Supreme beef and they were not so then I went back and then they gave me instead of what I wanted was too soft Taco Supremes the first time they just gave me tacos but at least they tried to fix it"

"This is, hands down, the worst Taco Bell I've ever been to! You would think that there would be some consistency between stores. Almost empty tacos and the meat tastes old. Like it's a reheated leftover. Almost no cheese And no sauce! C'mon, at least ask! I'm stuck in a hotel with no car eating the driest, oldest tacos. Gross."

"One of the better taco bells. Staff is usually very helpful and friendly, orders rarely messed up. I would rather drive 15 extra minutes to this taco bell than go to the one on the east side of town"

"It's been a year since my last review, and I figured the service may have improved. However, tonight, I went through the line and asked for steak bacon and cheese burritos (no sour cream), Baja blast (no ice), and fries (large). I was instead given burritos with no bacon nor cheese on them, and both were full of sour cream. A Baja blast packed to the brim with ice. And a regular fry. I am very disappointed, and I can't help but feel as though I should've kept my expectations low to begin with."
