"Was very busy but our waiter rocked it. Was very attentive and kept apologizing for the wait. The wait was really not bad. Manager comped the kids meal for not coming out with the rest of the food. Overall was nice dinner out."

"Absolutely worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. I went to Chili’s Wednesday night around 6:30 with my boyfriend. We were seated fairly quickly and seen by our waiter. We placed our order of 2 waters and some chips with salsa. Our waiter comes back and we place our orders of a burger and steak fajitas I addressed my severe allergy to peppers asking for their to be no peppers and confirming multiple times that there was no peppers. 30 minutes later we still have no appetizers or anything to drink while our waiter has been to multiple other tables numerous amounts of times. We finally catch our waiter and ask him where our food and drinks are. He lies and says the kitchen forgot it but we had just watched him turn around and put it in meaning he never put it in to begin with. The story then changes and our order was deleted. Our drinks and appetizer comes out and not even two minutes later our meal comes out. We start eating our food just happy that we finally have food. I quickly realize there are peppers cooked into my food. We wait 20 minutes and our waiter still hasn’t come back to check on us. When he finally does come back he seems to not care about there being peppers and doesn’t even take my meal off the bill we had to ask for it to be taken off. This is beyond ridiculous thank god I have a mild allergy but what would happen if I was deathly allergic. Same on you. We will never be back"

"Good food. Servers and expeditors need to pay attention. Wrong food quickly dropped off at our table twice. They picked it up and delivered it to the right table after we flagged down another server. So someone got cold food that could have been tasted by others."

"This was the worst experience I've ever had at this location! I frequent it often and always have a great experience! Until tonight! She was very distant from the beginning but I just let it go! Until when my daughter started ordering and she acted like she was annoyed. So I just repeated the order louder. Then our food got to the table and she never checked on us again. Keep in mind the manager brought the food out and she walked past us several times! After addressing the issue the manager did his very best to fix the situation and I applaud him! She just made this the worst most miserable situation ever!"
