"First good sign: The place was spotless. It's light and airy and cheerful. The decor was clean and unique. Second good sign: Smiling customers coming and going. People picking up to go orders, etc. Our waitress was friendly, professional and very attentive. Our food arrived quickly. Everything was hot, cooked perfectly and the portions were huge. For example, the salmon entree could easily feed two adults. Bellevue Diner's prices are very reasonable. The dessert case options included plain cheesecake, cherry and pumpkin cheesecake, carrot cake, cherry pie, coconut cream, Boston Cream pie and rice pudding."

"Please explain. If you order food to go, it does not mean you should get a lower quality. I ordered French toast, not bread with cinnamon on it. Any chef / cook knows that cinnamon should not be dumped on French toast and should be mixed in with the batter with a light dusting on top. It's not powered sugar . . . IT'S CINNAMON. So disappointed."

"This was our third visit. We've now gone for dinner, breakfast and brunch. Parking has been difficult to find every time but mostly during breakfast hours on the weekend. Once inside, there was always a table and never a wait (even if both the front lot, back lot and alley are full of cars). Service has been fast and friendly. The food has been hot and delicious. We really enjoy the unique renovations they've made and are looking forward to visiting again soon. Thankful to have a clean diner within waking distance!"
