"Its a take out place, they have a couple of tables on the sidewalk, but there is no where to sit inside, that's okay though because its very dark and very dingy inside, no one would want to sit there anyway. If you choose to eat here, call in your order first, the wait is 30-45 min. I unfortunately didn't know that and was craving fried chicken and some mac-n-cheese, so I went and they said it was going to be 25-30 min (it was actually 45) and signs everywhere asking for your patience which is totally fine, I'm willing to wait for good food. This was NOT good food. After a 45 min wait, I had a fried chicken wing that was cold, and a freshly fried chicken breast that was completely inedible due to rancid oil - I mean I opened the container and was just confronted by the smell of it, it was really really bad. The mac-n-cheese was cold, gritty - like actually GRITTY in texture - and ridiculously salty. After the first bite and the foul odor of the chicken, I threw the entire meal in the dumpster and felt bad for any rats that might get into it."

"Usually my go to after a stressful work week. But this recent order missed the mark. I ordered through DoorDash. I usually get the breast/wing platter, but this time I ordered the catfish . The fish was rather salty. The sides in the platter (Mac/Greens) were pretty ok. However the side of potato salad I ordered was subpar. It only had a few chunks of potato. One of which was noticeably dark and old. I gave 4 stars because I definitely will give them another chance in the future… every one is allowed to have a bad day & this is the first time I’ve had food from them that wasn’t good."

"I've eaten here a few times. I agree with many people regarding the attitude from whom I assume is the owner. Judging by the other comments, perhaps that's just who she is, in which case, you just have to ignore it and realize that's her problem and not yours. The food has always been pretty decent, which is why I return. If the food wasn't any good, I would probably just go elsewhere, especially given the less than desirable customer service."
